It is about finding all of the parts of your ego that are not nourished by love. When our ego is nourished by love there is no conflict. Conflict is caused by unresolved karma. Unresolved karma is demonstrated in a hungry ego. Practice this meditation daily to resolve karma and nurture yourself with unconditional love.
