Chakra Life Returns and Shipping Policy
Our return goods policy is outlined below.
1. Within 30 days of invoice date, Chakra Life will accept the return of any product on the basis of quality issues or shipping mistakes. Chakra System oils and any opened oils are nonrefundable for hygienic purposes. A restock charge of 10% will be deducted at the time of refund.
2. Requests for product returns must be authorized in writing and receive approval from Chakra Life before replacement merchandise or credit memo will be issued.
3. In order to receive full credit, all returns must be in saleable condition and accompanied with a copy of the invoice.
4. All freight and handling charges on returned goods are the responsibility of the customer.
